The Chilkat Valley Community Foundation and the Haines Borough Public Library are again offering an Estate Planning Presentation. The presenter is Cyndy Gibson, a Certified Financial Planner from Sitka, Alaska. She will be offering two presentations, one for nonprofits and another for the public.
Nonprofits presentation is on April 5th at 10:30 a.m. in the library. Cyndy will talk about money, donors and the long-term fiscal stability for their organization. How foundations work and are structured and how to get funding.
Public presentation is on Sunday, April 7th at 2:00 p.m. at the library and will last for one hour. The presentation is on Basic Estate Planning for individuals/households and comprehensive financial planning.
