The Chilkat Valley Community Foundation awarded the Haines Dolphin Swim Team a grant of $2,000 in 2015 to help support youth swimming. The Haines Dolphins Swim Team Mission is to provide competitive recreational opportunities for the youth of the Chilkat Valley.
