Everyone is invited to our annual Grant Award & Donor Recognition Event!
The Chilkat Valley Community Foundation is hosting our annual Grant Award & Donor Celebration Dessert Reception on Thursday, November 21st, 2013 at 7pm, in the Chilkat Center Lobby. 2013 grant awards made possible by our donors will be announced. 2012 grantees will report on their successful projects, and we will be celebrating all of our generous donors.
Since 2008, more than 250 individuals, businesses, corporations and foundations have given gifts to the CVCF endowed funds. The Rasmuson Foundation has provided numerous matching grants that have helped build our community’s funds. These gifts have been invested and now total more than $355,000. In addition, grants totaling near $58,000 have been given to support a diverse set of local projects.
